一般來說,非車載(zai)直(zhi)流充(chong)(chong)電樁的(de)充(chong)(chong)電過(guo)程分為六步。在每一個完整的(de)充(chong)(chong)電周期里面,充(chong)(chong)電機以及車載(zai)BMS(電池管理(li)系統)之(zhi)間通(tong)(tong)過(guo)頻繁(fan)的(de)數據交(jiao)互來進行(xing)對彼此的(de)監控(kong),為了實(shi)現(xian)正常(chang)充(chong)(chong)電,就是所謂(wei)的(de)報文通(tong)(tong)訊,通(tong)(tong)信方(fang)式采用can通(tong)(tong)信。
直(zhi)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)槍頭(tou)采(cai)用(yong)9針(zhen)公頭(tou)式(shi),分別實(shi)現(xian)的(de)功(gong)能是(shi)直(zhi)流供電(dian)(DC+、DC-)車(che),以及樁共用(yong)接地(PE)和報(bao)文(wen)交(jiao)互通(tong)(tong)信(S+、S-),還有(you)車(che)、樁連接確認(ren)通(tong)(tong)信(CC1、CC2),低壓輔助電(dian)源(A+、A-)。現(xian)在(zai)市面上的(de)直(zhi)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁就是(shi)用(yong)這樣的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)槍來對汽車(che)進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。
根據步(bu)驟:按下槍頭(tou)(tou)電子(zi)鎖(suo)(未插槍),把槍插入(ru)車(che)端(duan)(同時(shi)電子(zi)鎖(suo)保持按下狀(zhuang)態(tai)),松開電子(zi)鎖(suo)(這個(ge)時(shi)候(hou)槍插入(ru)車(che)端(duan)),樁端(duan)檢測點(dian)將分(fen)別檢測到12V以及6V,還有(you)4V的(de)電壓(ya)變化。當讀(du)取到4V,樁端(duan)判(pan)斷(duan)這個(ge)時(shi)候(hou)充(chong)(chong)電槍插入(ru)成(cheng)功(gong),車(che)端(duan)準備就緒,充(chong)(chong)電槍頭(tou)(tou)部的(de)電子(zi)鎖(suo)鎖(suo)定。電子(zi)鎖(suo)的(de)作用為:模擬并(bing)傳回插槍狀(zhuang)態(tai),鎖(suo)住槍頭(tou)(tou)防止脫落。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)握手以(yi)及(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)參數配置,插槍完成(cheng)之后,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)將控(kong)制K3以(yi)及(ji)K4閉(bi)合(he),為車(che)(che)端電(dian)(dian)池控(kong)制系統(tong)提(ti)供輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)導(dao)通(tong)之后,通(tong)過判斷(duan)檢(jian)(jian)測點2的電(dian)(dian)壓值來對車(che)(che)和樁(zhuang)是(shi)不是(shi)連接成(cheng)功(gong)進(jin)行判斷(duan)。如果電(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)6V,車(che)(che)端將持(chi)續發(fa)送握手報文,緊接著閉(bi)合(he)K1以(yi)及(ji)K2,進(jin)行樁(zhuang)端絕緣檢(jian)(jian)測,絕緣檢(jian)(jian)測的工作(zuo)是(shi)檢(jian)(jian)查充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)線路的絕緣性能,保證后續充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程的安全。絕緣檢(jian)(jian)測完成(cheng)之后,樁(zhuang)端投(tou)入泄(xie)放回路釋放無用電(dian)(dian)能,同時斷(duan)開K1以(yi)及(ji)K2。這(zhe)個(ge)時候,車(che)(che)和樁(zhuang)雙方(fang)互發(fa)辨(bian)識報文,確定電(dian)(dian)池以(yi)及(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機的必(bi)要(yao)信(xin)息。
之(zhi)后就是車(che)(che)端以及(ji)(ji)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)端相(xiang)互配置的(de)(de)階段,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)向BMS發送充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)最大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)能(neng)力報文,BMS按照充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)最大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)能(neng)力判斷是不是能(neng)夠進行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。車(che)(che)端系統控制K5以及(ji)(ji)K6閉合,這(zhe)個時候充(chong)電(dian)(dian)回路部分(fen)導(dao)通,假如樁(zhuang)(zhuang)端檢測到(dao)車(che)(che)端電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)正常,獲取到(dao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值以及(ji)(ji)報文描述(shu)的(de)(de)誤差小于等于百分(fen)之(zhi)五。而且在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)最大(da)以及(ji)(ji)最小電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍內,就會閉合K1以及(ji)(ji)K2,讓(rang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)路導(dao)通,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)開啟準備(bei)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
