近日(ri),英國工(gong)程技術學(xue)會(hui)(IET)與上海交通大學(xue)聯合(he)舉辦(ban)的(de)(de)第(di)八屆可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能源(yuan)發電(dian)國際會(hui)議(Renewable Power Generation International Conference, 以下(xia)統稱RPG 2019)于(yu)滬(hu)成功(gong)舉行(xing)。大會(hui)旨在推動可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能源(yuan)發電(dian)領域(yu)的(de)(de)發展,進行(xing)專業(ye)知識分享與技術交流(liu)。本屆大會(hui)請到多位(wei)行(xing)業(ye)領域(yu)專家、學(xue)者對于(yu)目前可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能源(yuan)發電(dian)的(de)(de)發展現狀(zhuang)以及(ji)挑(tiao)戰進行(xing)了分享和討論(lun)。
當前,全(quan)球(qiu)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)已成為(wei)大趨(qu)勢,國(guo)際(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)署10月21日發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)布全(quan)球(qiu)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)報告指出,到(dao)(dao)2024年(nian)(nian)(nian)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)將(jiang)(jiang)增長(chang)50%,也就是說(shuo)今后5年(nian)(nian)(nian)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)新裝(zhuang)機發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)將(jiang)(jiang)達(da)1200吉瓦。 具(ju)體到(dao)(dao)2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),國(guo)際(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)署預(yu)測可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)增幅為(wei)12%,達(da)到(dao)(dao)近4年(nian)(nian)(nian)來的新高。中(zhong)國(guo)在可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)領域一直(zhi)積(ji)極(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展,在全(quan)球(qiu)領域也是名列前茅(mao)。國(guo)家能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)局數據(ju)表(biao)示,截至2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)底(di),中(zhong)國(guo)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)機達(da)到(dao)(dao)7.28億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦,同比增長(chang)12%。2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),中(zhong)國(guo)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利用(yong)水平不斷提高。當年(nian)(nian)(nian),可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達(da)1.87萬億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦時,同比增長(chang)約(yue)1700億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦時;可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)占(zhan)全(quan)部發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)比重為(wei)26.7%。中(zhong)國(guo)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)連續七年(nian)(nian)(nian)實(shi)現最(zui)快(kuai)增長(chang)。
可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)使(shi)用率不斷提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji),在(zai)技術的(de)(de)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)應(ying)用和(he)管理(li)方面都面臨著(zhu)諸多(duo)(duo)挑(tiao)戰。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)在(zai)此領域的(de)(de)不斷增長,取決(jue)于技術上(shang)的(de)(de)創新、和(he)國(guo)(guo)家的(de)(de)支持(chi)。RPG大(da)會主席、上(shang)海交通大(da)學電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣工程(cheng)系主任邰能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)靈(ling)教授指出:“我(wo)國(guo)(guo)可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)光伏、風力等多(duo)(duo)領域不斷晉升(sheng)(sheng),新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)波動性很強,我(wo)們(men)從能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)進行優化管理(li),賦予(yu)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)削峰填(tian)谷的(de)(de)輔(fu)助。同時,我(wo)們(men)應(ying)用智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)軟件應(ying)用管理(li),實(shi)現智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設(she),達到能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)物聯網(wang),對于可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)進行有效的(de)(de)管理(li)與輸配,從而高效采集、儲(chu)存和(he)使(shi)用新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),”他還提(ti)到:“全(quan)球提(ti)出新概念叫(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)替代,即(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)代替諸多(duo)(duo)非可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和(he)有污染的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),中國(guo)(guo)南(nan)北資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)差異較大(da),用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)戶分布在(zai)東南(nan)一(yi)帶(dai),然而西(xi)北一(yi)帶(dai)的(de)(de)可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)充足。現在(zai)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)正在(zai)建設(she)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),西(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)東送。既減少了(le)東南(nan)地(di)區非可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)消耗與污染,還實(shi)現了(le)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)物聯網(wang)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)替代。”
可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)互通不僅(jin)僅(jin)在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)得到推(tui)崇和應(ying)用(yong)(yong),在(zai)歐(ou)洲國(guo)(guo)家也有著同樣的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展趨勢。RPG大(da)會聯合主席、英(ying)國(guo)(guo)思克萊德大(da)學(xue)教授David Infield教授提到:“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展迅(xun)猛(meng),其可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)總(zong)量(liang)在(zai)全球(qiu)名列(lie)前茅(mao),同時,歐(ou)洲國(guo)(guo)家整體(ti)在(zai)可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)比(bi)率上也是十分領先(xian)的(de)(de)。英(ying)國(guo)(guo)與(yu)愛爾蘭在(zai)可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)比(bi)例上可(ke)(ke)(ke)達到各類(lei)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)50%之(zhi)多(duo)。” 來自丹麥科(ke)技大(da)學(xue)的(de)(de)教授 Vassilios G. Agelidis教授補充道(dao):“在(zai)丹麥一年當中(zhong)有數天可(ke)(ke)(ke)以實現完全100%的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)供應(ying)全國(guo)(guo)使用(yong)(yong)。” 但同時,在(zai)歐(ou)洲國(guo)(guo)家,由于(yu)地(di)(di)理(li)資源(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)問題(ti),可(ke)(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)成本(ben)較高(gao)。當前太陽能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)和風力發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)是歐(ou)洲應(ying)用(yong)(yong)相對較為廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)形(xing)式。David教授對比(bi)道(dao):“目前英(ying)國(guo)(guo)在(zai)近(jin)海(hai)(hai)風電(dian)(dian)技術是領先(xian)全球(qiu)的(de)(de),但因(yin)為地(di)(di)理(li)資源(yuan)(yuan),成本(ben)非(fei)常高(gao)。然而中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)在(zai)東(dong)南沿岸(an)地(di)(di)區近(jin)海(hai)(hai)資源(yuan)(yuan)豐富,并且也在(zai)大(da)力發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展,所以在(zai)不久的(de)(de)未來,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)近(jin)海(hai)(hai)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)也會達到領先(xian)地(di)(di)位。”
